Savory Beef-Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients
For the Roll Dough
- 500 g flour
- 200 g margarine
- 150 g sour cream
- 10 g active dry yeast / 1 tablespoon fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 50 ml of milk
For the beef filling
- 250 g ground beef + 250 g ground pork
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix the flour with the dry yeast (if you use fresh yeast, proof it with a little milk and flour before adding it in the flour).
- Then add the margarine, the sour cream, the salt, the sugar and the milk.
- Knead the dough well and let it raise for about 1 hour.
- Saute the onion and mix it with the ground beef and pork.
- Then add the eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Spread the dough in ½ cm thick sheets.
- Use a large bowl to cut circles into the dough.
- Then use a dough cutter to cut each circle into 8 triangles.
- Fill each dough triangle and roll it to the tip, forming the crescent rolls.
- Place the crescents onto a baking tray and grease them with a whisked egg.
- Bake on medium heat for about 30-45 minutes.
