Simple Olive Spread – Greek Recipe
- 250 g of olives
- 250 g butter
- 250 g fresh cheese
- 50 g lemon
- Remove the olive pits.
- Mince them in the food processor together with the butter and cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and rub until you get a paste consistency
- Put the olive spread on a serving dish and garnish with thin lemon slices.
