  • 200 g margarine
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 10 g active dry yeast / 1 tablespoon fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 ml of milk

For the beef filling

  • 250 g ground beef + 250 g ground pork
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley

  • Mix the flour with the dry yeast (if you use fresh yeast, proof it with a little milk and flour before adding it in the flour).
  • Then add the margarine, the sour cream, the salt, the sugar and the milk.
  • Knead the dough well and let it raise for about 1 hour.
  • Saute the onion and mix it with the ground beef and pork.
  • Then add the eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
  • Spread the dough in ½ cm thick sheets.
  • Use a large bowl to cut circles into the dough.
  • Then use a dough cutter to cut each circle into 8 triangles.
  • Fill each dough triangle and roll it to the tip, forming the crescent rolls.
  • Place the crescents onto a baking tray and grease them with a whisked egg.
  • Bake on medium heat for about 30-45 minutes.
