Mix the flour with the dry yeast (if you use fresh yeast, proof it with a little milk and flour before adding it in the flour).
Then add the margarine, the sour cream, the salt, the sugar and the milk.
Knead the dough well and let it raise for about 1 hour.
Saute the onion and mix it with the ground beef and pork.
Then add the eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
Spread the dough in ½ cm thick sheets.
Use a large bowl to cut circles into the dough.
Then use a dough cutter to cut each circle into 8 triangles.
Fill each dough triangle and roll it to the tip, forming the crescent rolls.
Place the crescents onto a baking tray and grease them with a whisked egg.
Bake on medium heat for about 30-45 minutes.
