Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 slices canned beef / spam
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • cucumbers sliced
  • tomatoes cubed

Instructions

  • Put a slice of cheese on 4 slices of bread.
  • Add the ketchup and one slice of canned beef or spam.
  • Add the other cheese slice and close the sandwiches.
  • Mix the eggs with the milk, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Dip the sandwiches into the egg mix.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sandwiches low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve immediately with tomato salad and cucumbers.
